Peachy Oolong

Milky oolong tea fermented for one month with jalapeños, aji amarillos, carrots and ginger. Finished with a white peach syrup, figa kombucha and local honey. Silky and smooth. funky meets sweet, with a subtle tomato note. Great on anything, honestly.
